1. ENTRY FEE:

 

Each person will have to pay a Â£5 entry fee to participate.

 

 

 

2. DEADLINES:

 

- The deadline to send the file with the predictions is the 11th of June 2014 (11th of June inclusive).

No bets will be accepted after the 11th of June 2014.

 

- The deadline to pay the entry fee is the 11th of June 2014.

 

 

 

3. MODIFYING PREDICTIONS:

 

It will be possible to modify the predictions until the 11th of June 2014 (11th of June inclusive).

No modifications will be accepted after the 11th of June 2014 (11th of June inclusive).

 

 

 

4. COMPETITION RULES AND RANKINGS

 

4.1 Individuals predictions

The same predictions (excel file) sent by an individual will be used for all the competitions s/he will participate on: Local cup, RAFT World Cup for teams and Golden Boot trophy.

 

4.2 Joining more than one team

If a participant wishes to join more than one team s/he will have to pay the entry fee as many times as teams joined.

 

4.3 Rankings

 

4.3.1 Local Cups and Golden Boot

Everybody will compete against each other; in the Local Cups against the other team members and also for the Golden Boot against all the members of all the teams.

 

4.3.2 RAFT World Cup for teams

All the teams will compete against each other. 

The score of a team will be equal to the sum of the 4 highest individual scores (top 4 team members). 

 

 

5. PRIZES:

 

5.1 RAFT World Cup (teams):

The RAFT World Cup organisation will provide an online certificate for the best team of the competition.

 

NOTE:

If the first, second, third... teams in the classification have the same score and 'deadlock coefficient', an online certificate will be awarded for each team.

 

5.2 Golden Boot (individuals):

The RAFT World Cup organisation will provide an online certificate for the best individual of the competition.

 

Moreover, the organisation will find sponsors willing to provide prizes for the RAFT World Cup ‘Golden Boot’. Check the Prizes page to see the prizes provided by some sponsors.

 

* The organisation will also try to find sponsors willing to provide prizes for the RAFT World Cup ‘Golden Boot’.

 

NOTE:

If the first, second, third... people in the classification have the same score and 'deadlock coefficient', an online certificate will be awarded for each person.

 

5.3 Local competitions (individuals):

The RAFT World Cup organisation will provide an online certificate for the best invidual of each local competition (the best invidual of each team).

 

Moreover, in case a team had one or more sponsors, one or several prizes provided by such sponsor(s) would be awarded to some members of that team. The sponsors will decide which and how many prizes to provide; either a prize for the winner; a prize for the winner and another one for the runner up; or even providing extra ‘consolation prizes’ for random situations, for instance, the person with the 10th highest score (this would be with the aim that every single participant would have some chances of winning a prize until the last day of the competition).

 

5.4 Score draws:

The score draws will be resolved by the 'Deadlock Coefficient'. Check the scoring rules to find out how this Deadlock coefficient works.
